Thu, 31 Dec 2009 18:10:11 +0000 http://wordpress.org/?v=2.9 en hourly 1 Windows 7 Released…Lets see how long until the Fun Begins http://www.shotacrossthebow.net/2009/10/25/windows-7-released-lets-see-how-long-until-the-fun-begins/ http://www.shotacrossthebow.net/2009/10/25/windows-7-released-lets-see-how-long-until-the-fun-begins/#comments Mon, 26 Oct 2009 03:02:39 +0000 admin http://www.shotacrossthebow.net/?p=58 windows-7Well, Windows 7 has been released and so far, out of the shoot, I have heard that the student upgrade edtion apparently is not “working”.  I believe that the upgrade fails or something like that….whatever, doesn’t really matter since I am not surprised.  Oh and then theres the Windows 7 release parties…Microsoft, what the hell is that about, I just don’t get it.  I don’t need to be a a party where we talk about how we are gonna install and use Windows 7, I mean, after a few drinks, pretty sure I don’ really care.  I am in front of computers every day, almost every hour, and I am certainly not gonna talk about software at the party, well, maybe for a minute or two with a friend, but the party is certainly not centered around it.

Anyway, I have heard mixed reviews so far, but lets see how long it takes for the screams, and crying and blue screen of death to rear its ugly head.  I give it week…anyone take the bet!
